Renewable Energy

Overview

Market leader in delivering renewable projects at the frontier of Nigeria’s energy transition.

Aluko & Oyebode advises developers, investors, lenders, and off-takers on solar, wind, hydro, bio, waste-to-energy and hybrid renewable energy projects across Nigeria. As Nigeria transitions toward cleaner energy and improved energy access, our team is at the forefront of structuring bankable renewable projects and navigating the evolving regulatory landscape.

Our renewable energy practice spans utility-scale solar and wind, mini-grids and off-grid solutions, hybrid renewable-gas projects, renewable energy PPAs, NERC licensing, embedded generation, grid connection, energy storage, climate finance, carbon credits, and renewable energy M&A. We work with international developers, impact investors, DFIs, and Nigerian off-takers on the market’s most complex mandates.
