Aluko & Oyebode is pleased to have advised TotalEnergies EP Nigeria Limited in connection with the gas processing and transportation arrangements for the Ima Gas Field (the “Project”), located across OMLs 112 and 117 offshore Nigeria. The Project, for which TotalEnergies and AMNI International recently took a Final Investment Decision, will involve a single offshore platform connected by a 22-kilometre gas pipeline to Nigeria LNG Limited. The Project is expected to contribute significantly to gas supply to Nigeria LNG and support the ongoing Train 7 expansion, which will increase Nigeria LNG’s liquefaction capacity from 22 to 30 million tonnes per annum.
