Real Estate & Data Centres

Overview

Legal excellence behind Nigeria’s landmark real estate projects.

Aluko & Oyebode advises developers, investors, landlords, tenants, lenders, and occupiers on Nigeria’s most significant real estate transactions and burgeoning data centre developments. Our practice spans every real estate asset class; commercial, residential, retail, industrial, hospitality, and social infrastructure, as well as the fast-growing data centre sector.

We navigate Nigeria’s complex real estate environment: land title systems and registration, Certificate of Occupancy processes, state land use and planning approvals, landlord and tenant law, real estate taxation, and the practical challenges of transacting in a multi-layered regulatory landscape. Our data centre expertise addresses the unique regulatory, infrastructure, and commercial considerations for hyperscale and co-location facilities.
