Overview
Trusted legal counsel keeping Nigeria on the move
Aluko & Oyebode advises logistics companies, freight forwarders, warehousing operators, transport fleet operators, last-mile delivery companies, eCommerce logistics providers, and transport infrastructure investors across Nigeria’s transport and logistics sectors. Our practice covers the full spectrum of legal and commercial matters across every mode of transport – road, rail, air and sea.
We understand Nigeria’s logistics environment in depth, regulatory complexity across multiple agencies, customs and import procedures, vehicle importation standards, transport unions, warehousing regulation, refrigerated transport, and the operational challenges of moving goods in an infrastructure-constrained market. Our team brings the same authority to a landmark infrastructure bond as it does to a multimodal admiralty dispute.
