About
Oludare is a Partner and Co-head of the Firm’s Banking and Finance Practice. A seasoned Project Finance lawyer, he leads the firm’s Power and Renewables team. With more than 22 years’ experience both in house and in private practice, he advises on international projects and corporate finance transactions, and is widely recognised as one of Nigeria’s leading finance lawyers.
His practice spans syndicated lending, project and infrastructure finance, structured trade finance, foreign investment, antitrust, and the regulation of utilities. Clients commend him for his ability to “simplify complex transactions and deliver practical, commercially sound solutions.”
